As you know, our home banking site just went live a couple of days ago, and I’d like to address a couple of the features it presents. First, we have had mixed reviews on the popup upon login that gives the last successful/unsuccessful login information. Some like it; some hate it. The main reason we have this is to protect our members. We have had discussions about it and are considering placing the login information on the main summary screen to the right of the member number. I would look for some changes to this in the next release. Also, on the profile page, we are looking at combining the address and contact information onto a single screen and then placing an “ok” button on the bottom of the screen after the transaction completes that will bring you back to the member profile screen. This will simplify the profile-building process, and I would look for these changes to appear in the next release as well.
Feel free to comment and give us your thoughts on the home banking site revisions.

First I’d like to say that I very much enjoy banking with you. Much more so than I did with my previous “banks”. (Banks vs Credit Unions)
I have to say that I am extremely under-whelmed by the Online Banking updates. And the Online Banking as a whole. I know that as a small credit union you might not have the resources to put into developing it like a large bank would.
I thought I would share some feedback about my experiences with using your Online Banking.
1.) Every time I login I get a javascript popup saying when the last login was and when the last unsuccessful login was. This drives me insane. Why can’t it just say it on the webpage somewhere and I can look at it if I want to? Having that popup every time and having to close it gets pretty old. Another credit union that i belong to used to have that and got rid of it after everyone complained about it.
2.) When you go to Member Options and then My Profile to update information, you have to update each piece of information separately, click update, it sends you back to the main page, then you have to go back to Member Services, My Profile etc to change another thing. I can’t believe that those fields can’t be updated in one operation and save to the database.
That’s all for the moment, I’ll get back to you with more feedback as I use the new interface more.
I do admit that the new interface looks nicer (except for the online bill payment) but I have to say that I expected more in the way of functionality.
Please feel free to contact me via email with any questions or comments.
